| Getting Started | ||||
| Getting started with RetentionCentral is easy. Below are the steps involved to register on the the site, and then getting ready to use your application to manage your Customer Loyalty and Retention Program. Please keep in mind we will assist you, if needed. | ||||
| Initial Registration takes only about five minutes. | ||||
Step One |
Register your business on RetentionCentral. This step will take about five minutes. In the registration process you will submit your basic business information, along with items such as; your business license number if you need to print it on mailers, a signature line, an address block (for mailers) and your business slogan. You have an option to include specific phone numbers, address and email addresses (optional) to customize your contact mailers. This information is also used when building your sales letter library. |

| We'll assist you in formatting and uploading your lists. | ||||
Step Two |
Upload your contact lists to our server. If you need assistance formatting your mailing list we can help. You will also upload your business logo at this time. |

| We will custom design contact mailers for you. | ||||
Step Three |
If you plan on sending business thank you cards, surveys or other custom printed contact pieces we'll layout the design for you. You can use our pre-designed items, your artwork or a combination of the two. RetentionCentral makes it easy for you to print certain contact cards and letters right from your browser (IE 6 or IE7 recommended). |

Step Four |
Spend a little time getting familiar with how to enter new contacts, and how to use the main features of the site. Take advantage of the written online guidelines we make available. |

| Provide customized newsletters and marketing materials. | ||||
Step Five |
Keep your lists up to date — and visit the site regularly to take action on any Alerts you have due. Take advantage of the mailing programs we design for you. | |||
